We do NOT guarantee arrival dates for any Pre-order items - order fulfillment from craft manufacturers is subject to delays. If your Pre-order items are expected to take an extended period of time, you will be contacted and asked if you would like to wait or cancel.

Picking up Pre-order Items: Your orders get priority and you will be contacted as soon as your order is ready for pick up. If you order In-stock items and Pre-order items, you will be notified when each item is ready for pick-up.

Shipping Pre-order Items: If you order both In-stock and Pre-order items in the same order, then the entire order will be held and shipped once the Pre-ordered items arrive. If you do not want to wait, please do 2 separate orders: one that contains ONLY in-stock items and one that contains ONLY Pre-order items.
