Glow is a texture paste that glows in the dark when exposed to the sun or UV light. It adds a glow effect to spooky projects of all kinds. Tim Holtz Grit Paste - Glow is a translucent medium with glow in the dark essence mixed throughout. With exposure to natural or artificial light, the paste emits a bright glowy effect wherever it is applied. Use with Distress Palette Knives.
