CANADA POST STRIKE
Canada Post is likely to strike in May 2025 - should this happen, we will use alternate shipping carriers but will not be able to ship to PO boxes. This may result in additional fees, but you will be contacted if so. We will ship with the most economical option.
In-store pick-up and shipping are both available for online orders.
IN-STORE PICK-UP
Select this option at check-out, wait for a notification and pop into the shop for pick-up. Please have your order number ready and visit during regular store hours.
CANADIAN SHIPPING
As we all know, shipping in Canada is pricey. We have done our best to keep our shipping prices as economical as possible.
-Flat-rate $27 shipping on orders up to $299.99
-Free shipping on orders $300 +
-or combine several small orders and earn free shipping with "Bank-My-Shipment"
Most orders are shipped via Canada Post.
UPS is also available at check-out.
You will receive an email with tracking information once a label has been printed for your order.
All efforts are made to ship your order as quickly as possible - orders containing all IN-STOCK items (those items not marked "Pre-Order") will typically ship within 1-2 business days. We do ask that you allow 3-5 business days to process and ship your order so that we have a window of time during extra-busy periods.
If you order both In-stock and Pre-order items in the same order, then the entire order will be held and shipped once the Pre-ordered items arrive. If you do not want to wait, please do 2 separate orders: one that contains ONLY in-stock items and one that contains ONLY Pre-order items.
For *very* light and thin orders, for example: one die set, we may be able to ship Lettermail for a low cost. Please contact us for this option. No tracking or insurance are available for this option and the customer assumes this risk.
For overly large/heavy orders, we will ship with the most affordable method, however an additional shipping cost may be necessary - you will be contacted with options.
BANK-MY-SHIPMENT
“Bank-My-Shipment” is a great way to combine several small orders and earn free shipping! We offer this service to our Canadian customers only.
TO USE “BANK-MY-SHIPMENT”:
1. Shop as you normally would.
2. At checkout, choose “Bank-My-Shipment” as the shipping method, then complete and pay for your order (no shipping charges will be applied.)
3. We will fill and hold your order - and wait until you place enough orders to reach the $300 free shipping threshold.
4. Repeat this process until you have spent $300 in combined orders (after all discounts. Sales tax and digital downloads do not apply to your shipping total.)
5. When your orders combined reach $300, we will automatically ship your orders to you. No need to notify us - we've got it covered!
IMPORTANT NOTES:
"Bank-My-Shipment" orders can be held for up to 12 months. As an order is nearing the 12 month deadline, reminders will be sent to the email address used to place the order. We will continue to try to reach you, but if no response is received, the order will be considered abandoned. Abandoned orders are subject to cancellation without refund. If you need to extend your time beyond 12 months, please email createreddeer@gmail.com.

Why are some items marked "Pre-Order?"
Items marked with an orange "PRE-ORDER" label means that the item is available to purchase, but is not currently in-stock in our shop.
It could be an item that is BRAND NEW and hasn't hit the market yet, but is coming soon. We could be temporarily out of an item, or it could be an item we don't normally carry. We will order that item in for you and add it to your order. Our brick-and-mortar store has limited space so this is a way we can bring you all the great items in the industry without having to warehouse them all.
Pre-order items must be paid for at the time of checkout. We do NOT guarantee arrival dates for any Pre-order items - order fulfillment from craft manufacturers is subject to delays. If your Pre-order items are expected to take an extended period of time, you will be contacted and asked if you would like to wait or cancel.
Picking up Pre-order Items: Your orders get priority and you will be contacted as soon as your order is ready for pick up.
If your order contains In-stock items and Pre-order items, you will be notified when each item arrives and is ready for pick-up.
Shipping Pre-order Items: If you order both In-stock and Pre-order items in the same order, then the entire order will be held and shipped once the Pre-ordered items arrive. If you do not want to wait, please do 2 separate orders: one that contains ONLY In-stock items and one that contains ONLY Pre-order items.
RETURNS
All orders are checked and double-checked before they are sent. Please check your order as soon as possible and confirm that all items received are correct. If you feel like an item if damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days.
Shipped orders: As a general rule, all shipped order sales are final.
In-store pick-up: some items are eligible for exchange (in original packaging and condition,) however Stamps, Dies, Embossing Folders, Pens, Inks, and Paper are Final Sales.
